The JPSE204 spike needle assembly machine automatically assembles the spike (piercing needle) and filter membrane of an infusion set at 3500–4000 sets/hour with a single operator. Imported electrical and pneumatic components and stainless-steel/aluminum product-contact parts ensure corrosion resistance, while electrostatic blow-cleaning and vacuum extraction keep the inner bore dust-free. Inlet-plug gluing has no-glue auto-stop alarm, and an online inspection separates qualified from defective products.
