Latex Connector Assembly Machine — JPSE207
The JPSE207 latex connector assembly machine automatically assembles and glues 3-part and 4-part latex tubes for infusion sets at 4500–5000 pcs/hour, available in single-head or double-head configurations. It uses Japanese OMRON PLC control, a Taiwan WEINVIEW touchscreen, and fiber-optic photoelectric detection that auto-stops when material runs out and resumes when material is present. Pneumatics use Japanese SMC cylinders and Mindman valves; product-contact parts are 304 stainless steel and aluminum alloy.
