The JPSE203 hypodermic needle assembly machine automatically assembles hypodermic needles at up to 70,000 pcs/hour with a single operator. A precision servo system gives balanced, rapid dispensing; optical-fiber sensing detects empty needles and auto-positions the upper sheath; and a CCD vision system checks for inverted or empty needles inline. A counting alarm removes the need for manual counting.
