Full Automatic Bouffant Cap Packing/Sealing Machine — JPSE302
The JPSE302 produces disposable non-woven bouffant (dust-proof) caps fully automatically, at 180–200 pcs/min. From feeding to layering to product counting, the process is automatic; ultra-high-power ultrasonic welding fixes the non-woven material and elastic bands at both ends. PLC servo control allows arbitrary length adjustment, and the whole line needs only one operator.
