The JPSE100 high-speed pouch making machine produces medical paper/paper and paper/film sterilization bags — including self-sealing flat bags and gusseted bags — at up to 175 cycles/minute. A double-unwinding device with pneumatic tension, magnetic-powder tension auto-correction, photocell registration, and Panasonic servo fixed-length control deliver high precision and consistent sealing pressure. One- or two-pass hot sealing with digital pressure control and an automatic punch round out the package.
